Cellulite on the thighs is not pleasant and it is not easy to get rid of. The thighs and buttocks are the most common places of the body for cellulite to occur. While there are many excellent forms of exercise, the type of exercise that is most effective in combating cellulite is targeted resistance training. I am a personal trainer with lots of experience with cellulite. I have seen positive results from using these two simple methods – drinking water and doing targeted training. So called miracle creams will not do much to reduce the cellulite. The cream may make it less visible but it will still be there. The best way to get rid of cellulite is the natural way. Choose a good targeted exercise program, drink plenty of water and if you are overweight, then by all means get on a healthy diet and lose the excess weight.
No one has to live with cellulite. It is possible to get rid of it and enjoy healthy skin and a sexy body once again. Instead of covering up the problem or investing in expensive creams that do little more than hide the problem, try the above mentioned method. It does not cost a cent and is guaranteed to bring about positive results regarding cellulite on the thighs.
